Three capabilities. One model of the building.
Find the opportunity, design the ecosystem around it, and next operate it well. Pick a layer to see what it does and what it hands over.
Know which buildings deserve attention first.
Lens identifies, filters and prioritises buildings using signals such as rooftop potential, irradiance, demand proxies or meter data where available, EPC performance, grid context, building type, portfolio structure and commercial viability.
Design the ecosystem around the building.
Eco models combinations, not isolated assets, and compares their financial, energy, compliance and ESG consequences. It identifies the best return and energy outcome available from the capital you have, balancing investment against savings, resilience and ESG impact.
Turn how a site runs into flexibility it can sell.
A meter reading cannot tell you whether a load can actually move. Production schedules, shift patterns and process limits decide that. Flow works from those, and tells an operator when flexibility is available, how much of it, for how long, and how confidently it can be sold, so nobody commits capacity that production later needs. Eco decides what to buy; Flow decides how to run it. Flow is in development, built and tested with a research consortium of manufacturers, a university, a network operator and a storage specialist.
