If something falls short
We would rather hear about a problem than not. To raise one, write to hello@plendor.co.uk with your name, an email address we can reply to, what the complaint concerns, and any relevant detail or documents.
We acknowledge a complaint by email within five working days of receiving it. We then investigate, which usually takes up to fourteen days, and we will tell you if a complex case needs longer or if we need more from you.
We reply in writing with the outcome, and where a complaint is upheld we set out what we propose to do about it. Where it is not upheld, we explain why. If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for it to be escalated, and someone who has not handled it so far will review it.
A complaint about how we handle personal data can also go to the Information Commissioner’s Office at any time, at ico.org.uk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
